I weighed myself this morning because I’ve been away from scales the last few days, and I’m finally, finally under the 80kg mark.  It’s by the skin of my teeth - 79.9 - but I don’t even care.  I’m so excited.  That’s given me a huge rush of motivation of keep going and to hit my goal of 77kg on Christmas day.

Eeep.

I’ve been doing really badly the past couple of days.  I’ve been struggling to find motivation.  I think I’ve just been bored because uni has finished for the year and I’ve finally had a chance to slow down at bit.

I really just need a kick in the butt.  Just because I started December bad doesn’t mean I have to continue it badly.  I have the entire day and night free tomorrow - fingers crossed it’s not storming like it has been recently so that I can go for a really long walk/jog.  Even if it is raining, I can still go spend a few solid hours at the gym!

I have no excuse not to eat healthily either, as I literally have $0 to my name right now, but I have a fridge and cupboard full of healthy food.  No excuses.
